IMPORTANT NOTICE: CSPA and the City of Greenville will be working together beginning in February of 2024 to resurface the boardwalk in the Cancer Survivors Park. All plaque purchased after January 1st of 2024 will be installed once the boardwalk construction in complete. We anticipate construction will complete and all plaques will be installed/reinstalled by May of 2024. The Cancer Survivors Park will be a special place for healing. Designed as a place for respite, education and celebration, it will serve as an ever-present beacon of hope for anyone touched by cancer.

You can purchase a commemorative plaque for $100 (limited quantity available!) that will be engraved and installed on the boardwalk in the Cancer Survivors Park as a way to honor someone special who has touched your life. Whether as a patient, a caregiver, or as someone who is surviving with the memory of a loved one lost to the disease, we are all survivors.

Plaques can be engraved with up to three lines, 20 characters per line. Click the "Purchase" button above to reserve your plaque - an email will then be sent to you with a link to a form where you will provide your customized plaque wording.

Please Note: The plaque process from purchase to printing takes about 6-8 weeks. A team of CSPA volunteers install plaques on the boardwalk about once every 3 months. You will receive a follow up email to alert you when your plaque has been installed.
